Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all flower arrangements and plants are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at anatomyoffflowers@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds are not provided for issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or recipient unavailability.
